By Air: Sanganer Airport is located in the heart of the city of Jaipur. The airport has flight connectivity with major Indian cities like Mumbai and Delhi. International tourists can take connecting flights to Jaipur from Mumbai or Delhi Airport.

By Rail: Jaipur Junction Railway Station is the main gateway to the city. Prominent cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Udaipur, and Jodhpur are linked to Jaipur via direct trains.

By Road: Jaipur is well-connected by road to major cities like Delhi, Agra, Kota, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Udaipur, Vadodara, and Ajmer.

Itinerary

Upon your arrival in Jaipur, the driver will pick you up from the airport/railway or bus station & take you to the hotel. Once you check in, rest for a while & get ready for sightseeing. Begin with a short stopover at Hawa Mahal & then visit Jantar Mantar, an observatory. Then admire City Palace, the royal residence, followed by a visit to Govind Dev Ji Temple and the local market in the evening. Later, return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

  • The driver will pick you up from airport/railway or bus station and drop you to your prebooked hotel in Jaipur.
  • Post check-in you will be taken for a Jaipur sightseeing tour.

Post checkout, the driver will pick you up from your hotel in Jaipur and take you to Ranthambore. Check-in at your hotel & take some rest. Activity: Visit the Iconic Ranthambore Fort

  • Begin your tour by heading towards Ranthambore, home to the Majestic Bengal Tigers.
  • Later, reach Ranthambore Fort that was built in 994 A.D by the Chauhan Royal family atop a high creek that has now been declared as a UNESCO site.
  • On reaching the fort, hike up to the top to visit the famous Trinetra Ganesha Temple that attracts a lot of tourists.
  • Look down at the lush green valley from the fort and try spotting tigers that are frequently sighted in the area.

The driver will pick you up from your hotel & take you for Ranthambore safari. Head over to Shilpgram, the canter/jeep boarding point to enter Ranthambore National Park wherein you get to take the adveturous jumps & dips. Try to spot a Tiger, Striped Hyenas, Jackals or more. After the adventurous Safari, get dropped to your hotel. Post check-out, get transferred to Jaipur Railway or Bus Station / Airport for departure.

  • Approved ID is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
  • All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
  • Standard check in time at the hotels is 12 PM and check out time is 10 AM.
  • Any deviation from the planned route of vehicle at customer’s request during the tour will be chargeable on per Km. basis.
  • The Vehicle will be available only till 8 PM.
  • Vehicles will be provided as per the group size
  • Children above 8 years of age will be considered as adults only. There are no charges for children below 8 years of age.
  • Personal expenses like portages, tips, laundry, mineral water etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost.
  • Meals other than those specified are exclusion to the package.
  • Monument entry fee and camera charges are not included in the package.
  • Any breakage or damage of any items at the hotels/resorts/camps will be charged at actual.
  • All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.
  • Hotels are subject to availability and if they are unavailable, guests will be accommodated in similar property.
  • Reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbances that might occur (i.e. severe weather conditions, political unrests or others).
  • Any rescheduling/rearrangement of package due to circumstances beyond control might invite additional charges for hotels and/or vehicle.
  • In case a traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.

  • Rescheduling Policy for Private (Standard & Deluxe Package) & Group Bookings: 1) If rescheduling is made 7 days after the Booking Date till 15 days prior to the Date of Travel then 30.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees. | 2) If rescheduling is made 0 days to 15 days before the Date of Travel then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. | 3) If bookings are made 15 days before the Date of Travel no rescheduling & modifications will be made.
  • Rescheduling Policy for Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel Specific Bookings: No modification or Rescheduling will be catered. A standard cancellation policy will be applicable for such cases.
  • Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances), reserves the right to reschedule Tours & treks or offer alternative itineraries to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
  • Cancellation after Rescheduling: Clients who reschedule their tours or treks but later decide to cancel will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Any rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.
